Computers are unreliable. They stop working. Obviously I'll do my best to make sure the server works, but if you find it's out of action for a while, you shouldn't be entirely surprised.
Email is unreliable. Just because you send an email, doesn't mean someone received it. You might have typed the email address wrong, they might be giving out the wrong email address, their mailbox might be full, they might not be reading their email. You shouldn't assume that an email has arrived until the other person tells you it has.
Please don't. If you do, you'll lose your email account. You might also get sued, if someone you spam is angry enough. That's happened before, it'll happen again.
If someone makes you angry, you might be tempted to try to fill up their mailbox with lots of junk, maybe crash their mail server. Don't do it. They are most probably sharing that mail computer with thousands of other people, and those are the ones who will suffer. If you do, and they complain about you mailbombing, then you might lose your account.
I won't give out your email address, unless you've already given it out in some public way, such as, by posting it to a Message Board. And I won't give out any other personal information that I have.
Laws vary from country to country. Find out what your laws are, and obey them. If you don't, and if I get either a letter from the police, or an official court order, then I will give out your email address, and I will give them whatever other information that they're asking for.
If you stop paying for your membership, then you lose your email account, and you lose access to any stored emails that you used to have. Make sure you have copies of everything you need before you cancel membership.
If you don't cancel membership but I'm unable to bill you, then I'll cancel your memebership.
